Oh well

I did not run today...but I did eat chocolate!

I haven't been running yet - got to wait for Doc's okay, but I HAVE been getting in my DDR (DAnce Dance Revolution for those of you who don't know). They have a workout mode (which I haven't done yet), but I've just been doing song after song for at least 1/2 hour or more. You DO feel it in your legs in the morning!

Also, at my other job (Bed, Bath & Beyond), since I work two nights a week during the week, we pull freight from the back warehouse for the morning crew. Lately, we've had a LOT of freight, which has been quite heavy (wheeled carts, but pulling them backwards up the aisles gives your hams and glutes quite a workout, too). Also, standing constantly for 4-5 hours straight does something for your endurance (though this marathon, I certainly would like to be finished before 4:15!).

I work tonight, so I'm going to try to get in some DDR before then (I'm hooked and I like some of the songs!). Perhaps by the time I finally get on the roads/trails, it won't be horrible.

Tomorrow will be a lot of walking - road trip to Philly with me girls!! Woo hoo!! Gotta love those State holidays!
