What not to do....

Don't ever think you can go for a long run in the 90 degree weather with a serious hangover, chances are you won't make it. I speak from experience!

But the good news is that you got out there and pushed yourself despite feeling sick. So you should have no problem pushing us to the finish line in October.:-)

Rule of thumb: drink AFTER you run!

You're hungover because your body is dehydrated. Mix a dehydrated body with 90 degrees and run...you are lucky you didn't die!!!!! I like Jaye's rule of thumb. A nice margarita after a hot run...ooo lala.

Reward for a hard workout. Also, drink water while you're drinking alcohol, and you won't get hungover (as long as you keep up - you also won't drink as much).
